Join us on a culinary adventure to Jamaica (no flight needed). This beautiful island's vibrant culture goes far beyond reggae and fun in the sun: the heart of Jamaica is in its cuisine. This iteration of Cindy’scollaborative dinner series, inspired by lake house dinner parties, will capture the spirit of this laid-back island's jerk, smoke and heat flavors in an intimate setting of 25 seats. Our five-course dinner will highlight Caribbean-inspired takes on goat (sourced from local Kilgus Family Farm) and bright island flavors, prepared under the culinary leadership of Cindy’s Chef de Cuisine Keith Potter and Pastry Chef Jove Hubbard alongside Executive Chef Brian Jupiter of The Frontier. Robust wine pairings will be guided by Cindy's Sommelier Sterling Knight in collaboration with Head Winemaker Sarah Hedges-Goedhart of Hedges Family Estate, a biodynamic vineyard.
